Accessibility Statement

Coach Alice  •  Legacy In Print  •  Anointed Business Connections

Effective Date: November 20, 2023  |  Last Updated: April 16, 2026

Every person who comes to this website matters to me — and that includes making sure this space is welcoming, readable, and easy to navigate no matter your age, ability, or comfort with technology. Many of the women and seniors I serve are coming online for the first time, or returning after years away. You belong here, and this site is designed with you in mind.

Section 1

Our Commitment

Alice M. Woolford, LLC — operating as Coach Alice and Legacy In Print at mycoachalice.com — is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities and to older adults who may benefit from a more accommodating digital experience.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our standard. These are the recognized international guidelines for accessible web design. We treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task.

Section 2

Features Designed With You in Mind

The following features have been incorporated into mycoachalice.com with seniors and users of all abilities in mind:

Readable Text

Body text is set larger than most websites for comfortable reading, using clean high-contrast fonts that are easy to see on screens of all sizes.

Clear Navigation

The site is organized with a clear menu so you can find what you are looking for without confusion. Every page has a consistent header and footer.

Descriptive Images

We work to include descriptive alt text on images so screen readers can describe them to visually impaired visitors.

Simple Forms

Forms are labeled clearly so you always know what information is being requested. Error messages are written in plain language — no technical jargon.

Easy Booking

Our booking tool (TidyCal) uses a simple, straightforward interface that works on both computer and mobile phone.

Legal Pages

All legal pages — Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimer, and more — are visible in the footer on every page and written in plain, clear language.

Section 3

Known Limitations

We are a small, faith-centered business and our website is hosted on the Systeme.io platform. While we do our best to ensure accessibility across all pages, there may be some areas where full compliance has not yet been achieved:

  • Some older blog posts may not yet have full alt text on all images — we are working through these over time
  • Third-party tools such as TidyCal, Systeme.io forms, and Skool have their own accessibility standards that are outside our direct control
  • Some PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible — plain text versions can be provided on request

We are committed to addressing known gaps as resources allow and welcome your feedback to help us prioritize.

Section 4

Tips for Easier Browsing

If you are having difficulty reading this website, here are a few things you can do right now without any special tools:

Make Text Bigger on a Computer

Hold the Ctrl key (or Command on a Mac) and press the + key to zoom in. Press Ctrl/Command and to zoom back out. Ctrl/Command + 0 returns to normal size.

Make Text Bigger on a Phone or Tablet

Pinch your fingers apart on the screen to zoom in. Most phones also have an Accessibility menu in Settings where you can increase text size across the entire phone.

High Contrast Mode

Windows computers have a High Contrast mode in the Ease of Access settings. Apple devices have similar options under Accessibility in System Preferences. These settings make text easier to see across all websites.

Screen Readers

If you use a screen reader such as JAWS, NVDA, or Apple VoiceOver, mycoachalice.com is designed to work with these tools. If you encounter any page that does not read correctly, please let me know.

Section 6

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Your feedback is genuinely welcome. If you experience any barrier on this website — a page that is hard to read, a form that is confusing, a button that does not work — please tell me. I take these reports seriously and will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

This Accessibility Statement will be reviewed and updated at least annually, or whenever significant changes are made to the website.

Email me anytime at support@mycoachalice.com — I read every message personally.
