This website is owned and operated by Alice Woolford, doing business as Coach Alice and Legacy In Print, under Alice M. Woolford, LLC. All services, digital products, books, and programs offered through this website are provided by Alice Woolford unless otherwise stated.

Additional brands operating under Alice M. Woolford, LLC include Anointed Business Connections (ABC). Healing Touch Outreach Ministries (HTOM) is a legally separate nonprofit entity and operates independently.

Coaching Services

What Coaching Is

The coaching services offered through this website — including the Threshold Session, YES Session, and related programs — are professional coaching services designed to support your clarity, direction, and forward movement. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused conversation between equals. Your coach is not a therapist, licensed counselor, medical provider, or financial advisor.

What Coaching Is Not

Session Terms

When you book a session through TidyCal, you agree to the following:

• Payment is due at the time of booking
• Cancellations made 48 or more hours before a session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule
• No-shows and late cancellations under 48 hours are not eligible for a refund
• It is your responsibility to show up on time and prepared

Legacy In Print Publishing Services

Legacy In Print offers guided writing and publishing support services including writing coaching, manuscript guidance, book concept development, self-publishing support, and editorial review.

Scope of Services

All Legacy In Print services are support and guidance services only. Coach Alice does not act as a publisher, literary agent, or guarantor of publication outcomes. All final decisions regarding your manuscript, publication platform, and distribution are yours alone.

Intellectual Property — Your Book

You retain full ownership of your manuscript and all content you create. Coach Alice does not claim any ownership, authorship credit, or publishing rights over your work unless separately agreed to in writing.

Digital Products and Workshops

• All sales of digital products are final. No refunds are issued once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded.
• Workshop registrations are non-refundable once the event has occurred. If you are unable to attend a live workshop, a recording may be provided at Coach Alice's discretion.
• Digital products are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, share, or distribute any purchased materials without written permission.
• All content is protected by U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

Books

Books authored by Alice Woolford are published through KDP and IngramSpark and sold through Amazon and other retail platforms. Returns and refund policies for physical and digital books are governed by the platform through which you purchased them. Coach Alice does not process book refunds independently.

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through PayPal or Stripe/GoDaddy Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

In the event of a failed payment or chargeback filed without first contacting me to resolve the issue, access to services or digital products may be suspended. Clients who file unjustified chargebacks may be barred from future purchases.

Refund Policy

• Coaching sessions: Refundable if cancelled 48 or more hours before the session. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
• Digital products and workbooks: No refunds once delivered.
• Workshops: No refunds after the event date. Pre-event cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may receive a credit toward a future offering.
• Publishing service packages: Refund terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.
• Skool courses: Non-refundable once access has been granted and course materials viewed.

Disclaimer of Results

I believe deeply in the potential of every person I work with. However, I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, publishing services, workshops, or digital products. Results vary based on individual effort, commitment, circumstances, and many factors outside my control.

Any testimonials, success stories, or examples of client results shared on this website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arkansas law, Coach Alice / Alice Woolford shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, any service, or any digital product. My total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on mycoachalice.com — including written content, course materials, workbooks, frameworks, templates, graphics, and brand elements — is the original intellectual property of Alice Woolford and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any content from this website without written permission.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute first through good-faith direct communication. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Pulaski County, Arkansas. The arbitrator shall be selected by mutual agreement; if the parties cannot agree within 15 days, the AAA shall appoint the arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own attorney fees. AAA administrative fees shall be shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any claims not subject to arbitration may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
