Cancellation & Refund Policy

My time and your investment both matter. This policy is designed to be clear and fair so there are no surprises for either of us. Please read it carefully before booking a session or purchasing any product or service.

Coaching Sessions

Cancel 48+ hours before for a full refund or reschedule. Under 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.

Workshops

Non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Earlier cancellations receive a credit toward a future offering.

Digital Products

All sales final once delivered. No refunds on downloads.

Publishing Services

Refund terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

Section 1

Coaching Sessions

Applies to: Threshold Session, YES Session, free 15-minute Threshold Check-in, and any future individual coaching sessions.

Situation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before Full refund OR reschedule — your choice. Processed within 5 business days.
Cancel 24–48 hours before Reschedule only. No refund issued.
Cancel less than 24 hours Non-refundable. Session is forfeited.
No-show Non-refundable. Session is forfeited. No automatic reschedule.
Coach cancels Full refund OR reschedule offered — your choice.

To cancel: Use the cancellation link in your TidyCal confirmation email, or email support@mycoachalice.com with your session date and name.

Section 2

Workshops and Live Events

Applies to: Let's Start Writing Workshop ($37) and any future paid workshops or live training events.

Situation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before event Credit toward a future offering. No cash refund.
Cancel less than 7 days Non-refundable. Non-transferable.
Recording available Provided to all registered attendees if made — not guaranteed.
Coach cancels event Full refund within 5 business days, or transfer to rescheduled date.
Section 3

Digital Products

Applies to: All downloadable workbooks, PDF guides, templates, and digital resources sold through mycoachalice.com or associated funnels.

All digital product sales are FINAL. No refunds are issued once a digital file has been delivered or a download link has been accessed.

Section 4

Books

Books purchased through Amazon, KDP, or IngramSpark are subject to those platforms' own return and refund policies. Contact Amazon directly for book return requests. Coach Alice does not process book refunds independently.

Section 5

Legacy In Print Publishing Services

Refund terms for publishing service packages are governed by your signed Legacy In Print Service Agreement. General guidance:

Situation Policy
Before work begins Full refund of deposit less a $50 administrative fee.
After work has begun Deposit non-refundable. Work completed to date non-refundable.
Prepaid future milestones Refundable if work has not yet begun on that milestone.
Coach discontinues Prorated refund for work not yet completed.
Section 6

Skool Courses

  • Free courses: No charge, no refund applicable
  • Paid course enrollments: Non-refundable once access has been granted and course materials viewed
  • Technical issue preventing access: Contact support@mycoachalice.com within 48 hours
Section 7

How to Request a Refund

Subject line: Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Service or Product]

Include: Your name, purchase date, and reason for the request.

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Section 8

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment processor without first contacting me to resolve the issue, I reserve the right to contest the chargeback using records of your purchase, any signed agreements, and the refund policy you agreed to at checkout.

I ask that you contact me first. I am a real person who genuinely cares about your experience, and I will do my best to make things right before any formal dispute process becomes necessary.
